Roofing Sales Representative / Estimator
Location: [Sault ste marie, ON]
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Minimum wage + Commission-Based + Bonuses
We are currently looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our growing roofing team as Sales Representatives / Estimators. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, confident speaking with homeowners, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
Responsibilities include generating leads through door knocking, cold calling, and online advertising, meeting with homeowners, measuring roofing projects, preparing estimates, and closing sales.

Generate and follow up on leads
Meet with homeowners to inspect roofing projects
Measure roofs and calculate basic dimensions for estimates
Prepare and present quotes professionally
Build strong customer relationships
Work independently while contributing to team goals
Requirements
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Comfortable with door-to-door sales and customer interaction
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bilingual is considered an asset
Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
