Roofing Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist roofers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems (asphalt shingles, metal, flat roofs, etc.)
Load and unload materials and tools
Tear off old roofing materials
Set up and dismantle tear off prep
Clean up job sites and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:

Physically fit and able to lift 80+ lbs, work at heights, and perform manual labor for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Valid working at heights (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
Previous roofing or construction experience is an asset but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred)
Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
