Company: Bidso India Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana
Salary: ₹25,000–₹55,000 per month (Based on Skills & Experience)

Bidso India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and technically skilled Robotic Machine Operators to join our advanced manufacturing facility. If you have experience operating robotic welding or automated production machines, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor robotic welding/automation machines.
- Set machine parameters and ensure smooth production.
- Load and unload components efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain product quality and production records.
- Follow safety standards and 5S practices.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Eligibility
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- 1–6years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of robotic or automated manufacturing machines.
- Basic troubleshooting and machine operation skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and follow SOPs.
- Teamwork, discipline, and willingness to work in shifts.
