We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Ambassador to represent our brand and connect with our community. The ideal candidate will serve as a friendly and knowledgeable face of our organization, promoting our products and services through direct interaction, events, and outreach efforts. Responsibilities
Engage with customers and the community to promote our brand through in-person interactions and events
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
Assist in marketing campaigns by distributing promotional materials and gathering feedback
Represent the company at public events, festivals, or trade shows with professionalism and enthusiasm
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, offering information, and ensuring a positive experience
Collaborate with team members to develop creative outreach strategies
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's values during all interactions
Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and guiding them towards suitable products or services
Experience
Prior experience in food service, marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
Strong communication skills, including public speaking and active listening capabilities
Ability to confidently demonstrate products and engage audiences of varying sizes
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Previous experience in product demos or promotional events will be considered an asset
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
