At least 1 year of Med/Surg GYN Nursing experience
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 full year of experience in Med/Surg GYN nursing

A Washington RN license and specific certifications are required upon hire

You will use your clinical expertise to assess, plan, and evaluate care in a collaborative, team-based environment, ensuring holistic and ethical treatment
You will manage patient conditions, develop care plans, and be involved in the ongoing professional development of yourself and others, all while advocating for the rights and dignity of patients
Employ Nursing Professional Practice by assessing and diagnosing patient needs, developing and coordinating care plans, and monitoring conditions to optimize patient outcomes
Advocate for ethical, holistic care by partnering with patients and their families in care planning, promoting dignity and respect
