We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RM to join our team in. This role involves providing high-quality childcare and educational support to children, fostering a safe and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be organised, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children, with a strong emphasis on communication skills in English and French. Duties
Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities to promote their development.
Assist with daily routines such as meal times, naps, and hygiene.
Support children's learning through teaching activities tailored to their age and needs.
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and behaviour.
Facilitate language development by incorporating both English and French into daily interactions.
Organise outings or playdates as appropriate, ensuring all activities are safe and enjoyable.
Maintain a clean, organised environment conducive to learning and play.
Skills
Experience in driving is desirable for transporting children or running errands.
Prior experience in teaching, nannying, or childcare is highly advantageous.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is preferred to support bilingual education.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple children’s needs simultaneously.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with parents, colleagues, and children.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude towards children of various ages.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: £1,000.00-£2,000.00 per week
