We Offer
The Risk to Finance Reconciliations is a control run within CRCO to address completeness, accuracy and consistency of data between Finance and Risk Systems. The control is executed by comparing the underlying trades/positions between strategic risk and finance data. Breaks identified through the reconciliations are reported to partners through key control governance forums. This reconciliation delivery is currently done by vendor team which will be insourced in house.
The Risk to Finance Reconciliations specialist role is part of the team which will be responsible for running the Reconciliation production function, investigation of all breaks and reaching appropriate solution for remediation of the breaks. The role is essential to ensure continued monitoring of reconciliations output and provide sufficient assurance to Reconciliations partners within Credit-Suisse
Your future colleagues
The Reconciliations team will consist of 25 specialists who monitor the reconciliations' delivery across 3 Regions (AMER, EMEA and APAC) and 20 Material Legal Entities. The team executes the reconciliations, monitors and resolve breaks. The team collaborates with multiple partner groups involving Credit Risk, Market Risk, Regulatory Reporting, BMR and PC/Finance groups.

You Offer
The Reconciliations specialist role is very critical to control objectives of the firm that would need below Techno functional skills:
• Outstanding understanding of Investment Banking Products – primarily OTC, SFT, Loans, Inventories and Listed products
• Proven understanding of Reconciliations design, platforms and normalization techniques in general
• Interests in data analysis and metrics review and interpretation
• Should be able to review large volumes of data with focus on key controls
• Outstanding analytical skills required for issue identification and remediation
• Strong communication skills to drive discussions with multiple groups
• Collaboration with vendor groups
• Proven experience of 5+ years preferred
• Proven knowledge of Database language and Reports like SQL, Business Objects would be an advantage
