Job Description
Kumbh Corp. is seeking applicants for Revit Modeler (MEP) in our Ahmedabad office. The candidate would be strongly motivated, well organized, and show professional initiative. The applicant should be able to take ownership of assignments and perform well both independently and as part of the project team.
Job Profile :
• Ability to read and understand design and construction drawings with minimal assistance.
• Work with various disciplines and external parties to create BIM and shop drawings based on schematic drawings and models.
• Work side by side with teams, in-house and external, to complete BIM projects.
• To read the specification and submittal drawings for details.
• Creating LOD 200 to LOD 500 3D BIM Models.
• Creating Revit Families with LOD 400.
• Check and verify Mechanical and Electrical and energy codes for the United States.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP design, modeling, and detailing work.
• Working Experience of Navisworks.
• Ability to use time productively Maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals.
• Ability to use Bluebeam, BIM 360
• Excellent communication skills with team members within the office and external clients.
Qualification:
• Minimum 2 year of Electrical or HVAC and Plumbing system modeling experience using Revit MEP.
• Associate's degree or certification from a technical school.
