About this role
The Strategy Operations Senior Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize Faire's returns and logistics processes. This includes analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process changes to drive efficiency and cost savings.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and implementation of initiatives. Your expertise in logistics and returns process optimization will help drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Lead strategic and analytical projects focused on returns and logistics optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and drive efficiency
Develop and maintain relationships with 3PL and ecosystem partners
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles at high-growth companies are required. Experience in logistics and supply chain management, as well as knowledge of lean six sigma principles, is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, and experience working in fast-paced environments are necessary. Read more
