Cannabis Budtender
About us
Ingram and Sons ******** Co. is a family-run, licensed ******** store in Vankleek Hill, Ontario. We take the product seriously, treat customers like neighbours (because they usually are), and we pay a certified living wage. We're hiring a full-time budtender (30+ hours a week) to join the team.
What you'll do
You're the person at the counter: helping customers find what they're after, answering questions, and keeping the shop running smoothly.
Greet and help customers, from daily regulars to first-timers
Walk customers through products, strains, consumption methods and effects
Ring up sales accurately on the POS
Know the inventory well enough to make honest recommendations
Check ID and follow Ontario ******** rules and AGCO requirements (19+, always)
Keep the store clean, organised and welcoming
Help with inventory and stock rotation
What you'll need
To be 19 or older (legal requirement)
CannSell certification, or willing to get it before your start date
Retail or customer service experience (preferred)
Cannabis knowledge is a strong asset
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills in English (bilingual English and French is a plus)
A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
