Job Description
• Responsible for enrollment of 100 Mechanics & 60 Retailers to meet in FDFR
• Responsible for increase in MLP Points / Fitment of the company Product Segments – Filter, Lubricant, Coolant, Brake Lining. Reach Points Collection of 30,000 in his Area in 3 Months of the joining.
• Perform significantly in first 3-6 months of joining to demonstrate his skills. There is a probation period of 6 Months and on completion of Probation, he will be given added benefits as per company policy.
• Responsible for doing surveys and market research on a continuous basis to enroll more mechanics on a monthly basis.
• He has a potential of earning Incentives on Points collection in the slab up to Rs. 40,000/- apart from Salary of 25,000/- which includes TA & DA.
• Excellent communication skills (proficiency in Hindi, English and local language), Best Performer, a professional with integrity and commitment, a great salesman who can sell anything easily, a good marketeer and good networker.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
• Lead generation: 3 years (Preferred)
