Job Opening: Retail Trainer
Position: Retail Trainer
Location: New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Trainer to deliver vocational training to students of Classes * to 12. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the retail industry, excellent classroom management skills, and a passion for preparing students with practical skills for careers in the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive retail training sessions for students of Classes 9–12.
Teach retail concepts including customer service, sales techniques, merchandising, store operations, inventory management, billing processes, and workplace ethics.
Develop lesson plans, presentations, practical activities, assignments, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
Conduct hands-on training, role plays, demonstrations, and project-based learning activities.
Guide students in developing communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and customer handling skills.
Evaluate student performance through assessments, practical demonstrations, and regular feedback.
Maintain student attendance, assessment records, progress reports, and other training documentation.
Coordinate with school authorities and the project team to ensure smooth implementation of training sessions.
Organize industry exposure visits, guest lectures, and career guidance sessions whenever required.
Ensure classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Stay updated with the latest retail trends, technologies, and industry practices.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience in teaching school students or vocational training programs will be preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills
Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.
Ability to engage and motivate students through practical learning methods.
Good organizational, reporting, and documentation skills.
Experience working with schools, NGOs, or skill development projects.
Willingness to travel to assigned schools if required.
