The opportunity
As Store Leader, you'll take ownership of our Geelong store — leading from the front to deliver standout customer experiences, build a high-performing team, and drive strong commercial results. Geelong is a community that shows up for its own, and this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build something local, meaningful, and high-performing. What you'll do
Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service.
Take full ownership of store performance — you know your numbers and you move them.
Coach and develop your team through ongoing feedback and training.
Drive operational excellence across stock management and visual merchandising.
Build smart, commercial rosters aligned to trade and wage targets.
Champion the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy in-store and across the Geelong community.
