Position: Retail Store Manager (Ethnic Wear)
???? Location: Shahpur Jat, New Delhi
???? Experience: 3-5 years in retail & retail management (preferably in occasion wear/ethnic wear)
???? Salary: ₹30,000-35,000 per month.
About the Role:
As the Retail Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead our team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your role will include managing inventory, onboarding new employees, and ensuring smooth store operations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure sales targets are met
• Lead and train employees to enhance customer service and sales performance
• Assign duties to maintain efficient store functioning
• Manage inventory tracking, cash reconciliation, and in-store marketing
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
Qualifications:
✔️ 3-5 years of experience in retail & retail management
✔️ Proven ability to train employees and drive sales
✔️ Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
