What to expect:
As a Store Associate, your duties involve providing excellent customer service, processing sales and returns, maintaining and replenishing stock, visual merchandising products, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Please note we are looking for both Part Time and Casual Associates.
What you’ll need:
Previous retail or hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable, the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, a sales and results-driven mindset, passion in merchandising a range of products, and flexibility to work a rotational roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
What does the recruitment process look like:

Shortlisted candidates will receive a TJX form to schedule in their preferred day and time slot of our Group Recruitment Assessment on the 2nd & 4th September.

Successful candidates will join our 1 day induction program on Wednesday 1st October or Thursday 2nd October.
