Position: Store Manager

Reports To: Operations Manager / General Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the overall store operations, ensuring efficient inventory control and stock availability.
• Handle the purchase of food and non-food items as per approved requirements and company standards.
• Prepare purchase orders, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Issue stock to production, kitchen, or operational departments against authorized requisitions.
• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, stock issues, transfers, and returns in the inventory system.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure proper storage of food items following FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles.
• Prepare and submit the Daily Food Closing Report, including:
• Opening stock
• Purchases received
• Stock issued
• Food consumption
• Closing stock
• Wastage and variance analysis
