JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Store Incharge
Department: Store
Reporting To: Production Manager
Job Purpose
To manage the store by maintaining stock of raw materials, electronic components, and finished goods, and to ensure timely issue of materials to production.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive materials and verify quantity and quality.
• Maintain stock records in Excel or ERP.
• Issue materials to production as per requirement.
• Keep proper records of inward and outward materials.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the Purchase department when stock is low.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Maintain proper storage and housekeeping of the store.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Accounts departments.
• Ensure all store documents are updated and properly maintained.
Skills Required
• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Qualification
• Graduate or Diploma holder.
Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in a store, preferably in an electronics manufacturing company.
• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
