Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur. This role is responsible for engaging customers in the retail space, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products and services. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, explaining product features and benefits, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized, visually appealing store environment.
The specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve basic issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience that supports repeat business. The role also involves tracking inventory levels and collaborating with teammates to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build rapport and ensure a positive experience.
• Candidates should have excellent English speaking skills
• Candidates should possess Retail Sales experience and solid Product Knowledge to effectively recommend and sell offerings.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to explain product details and assist customers and colleagues effectively.
• Candidates should possess basic math and point-of-sale (POS) skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset, reliability in attendance, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in retail, luxury, jewelry is beneficial; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
