Job Description Day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Counselling Students the entire sales cycle: Prospecting, Counselling & closing 2. Provide market intelligence and information for enhancing customer experiences and cataloging titles 3. Address walk - in enquiries 4. Share information on various resources for UPSC preparation, application process, and deadline on proactive basis where applicable 5. Ensure student/parent satisfaction, sorting out their queries and leading them accordingly 6. Establishing and maintaining good rapport with prospective customers 7. Clarifying doubts related to the preparation for the civil services or related exams Requirements (1)Proficient in verbal and written English language (2)Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management (3)Must have cleared prelims (4)Undergrad degree required (5)Past sales experience is a plus Benefits 1.
