Job Description
We are expanding!! Our busy Spare Parts and Accessories Department are looking for another full-time team member.
Working in the Spare Parts and Accessories department at Reef Marine you will be part of an experienced team selling marine chandlery, marine electronics and fishing and boating accessories. To work in this area, you will have experience in a Retail and Sales role and ideally have a general knowledge of boating and fishing.
The successful candidate will be trained as they learn the various tasks.
Some typical tasks you may be carrying out in the Spare Parts and Accessories Department:
Providing exceptional customer service and product solutions to customers
Processing Customer Warranty Claims
Store merchandising to ensure product availability and excellent presentation
Stock Handling
Working cooperatively and professionally with other team members and suppliers to enhance our customer’s experience.
Essential Requirements
Passion for fishing and the outdoors
Previous experience working in a retail environment
Exceptional delivery of customer service
Strong communication skills
A drive to succeed and grow within the business
A high standard of personal presentation
You will be reliable.
You will be able to communicate well with others and work well in a team
Your resume will show a work history that demonstrates a good work ethic in your previous roles.
You will have a current Australian driver’s licence.
Reef Marine is Central Qld’s largest marine dealer for boat, motor, trailer sales, electronics and chandlery sales, outboard servicing and boat and outboard repairs. We are a small team of 20 employees working closely together in a fast-paced environment. Included in our store is a fully equipped and modern Service Department with the latest test and service equipment and a Sales and Finance Team selling boats and outboard motors. We are seeking candidates who take pride in their work and enjoy being a part of an enthusiastic team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $46,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Weekend availability
Supplementary Pay:
Commission
