Sales Officer – Retail Sales (FMCG General Trade) [Off Roll Job]
Locations:
Bangalore North / Bangalore South / Ramanagara Experience:
4–5+ Years in FMCG Sales (Minimum 2+ Years as Sales Officer) CTC:
Up to ₹5 LPA Qualification: Any UG Degree / 3-Year Diploma (Mandatory) ️ Language: Kannada & English (Mandatory) Industry Preferred: FMCG
Role Summary Drive secondary sales, distribution expansion, outlet coverage, and territory growth through effective distributor and DSM management while ensuring execution excellence as per PJP/Route Plan.
Key Responsibilities * Achieve secondary sales targets for the assigned territory * Manage 2–3 distributors and 2–3 DSMs * Handle 750+ retail outlets across 12–18 beats * Drive range selling and large SKU portfolio penetration * Ensure outlet expansion, visibility, merchandising, and new outlet activation * Monitor distributor performance, stock availability, and market credit * Execute territory plans as per PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) * Track competitor activities and market opportunities * Drive distribution width, depth, and outlet productivity
