Retail Sales Manager

• Sale of the products, up selling & cross-selling of products/services
• Maintain sales targets
• Oversee all aspects of the dairy departments, including inventory management, product merchandising, and customer service.
• Ensure that all products are fresh and properly displayed, and that all expired items are removed from the shelves.
• Oversee the work of dairy department staff, providing training and support.
• Ensure that all dairy products are handled and stored safely and hygienically.
• Order and receive inventory, and track sales data to ensure that products are stocked at the appropriate levels.
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase sales and boost customer engagement.
• Manage and train dairy department staff, and ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with distributors to set up new products and promotions.
Qualifications:
• 10-15 years of experience in the retail segment, with a focus on dairy and frozen foods.
• Experience working with distributors to set up new products and promotions.
• Strong inventory management and merchandising skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and train staff.
• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
