Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and encourage sales.
Utilize effective phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries and providing support.
Process transactions accurately through cash handling and cashiering duties.
Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
Stay informed about the latest products to provide knowledgeable assistance in sales.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall performance.
Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others succeed in their shopping experience.
