Job Description

Rogers’ Chocolates is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Oriented Sales Associate at our Oak Bay location. Our company culture is fun loving and friendly, so we seek like minded individuals with flexible weekday and weekend availability.

This position is paid hourly and includes company discounts.

Duties

Sell and promote Rogers’ Chocolates in our retail store!
Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company Policies & Procedures and established Best Practices.
Provides efficient, accurate service at counter.
Perform a variety of operational activities as assigned by the Director of Sales.
Work well in a team environment, create energy and excitement around shared goals and values, contribute to an environment of trust and respect, act with urgency and integrity, demonstrate flexibility and HAVE FUN!
Qualifications

Experience in a sales associate role
Must have customer service experience
Strong command of point of sale systems an asset
Ability to work with limited direction
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to complete several concurrent tasks at a time
Flexible availability for weekday and weekend shifts, including during the holiday season.
A commitment to exceeding quality standards and a love of chocolate!
