Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entry, establishing a rapport and identifying their needs. Provide expert advice and styling recommendations on our collections, understanding product features, benefits, and current trends. Assist customers in finding the perfect items, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey. Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets through effective selling techniques and excellent customer engagement. Maintain a deep knowledge of all product lines, including materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and fostering brand loyalty. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and courteously, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Contribute to visual merchandising efforts, ensuring the store is impeccably presented and products are displayed attractively. Participate in regular product knowledge training and team meetings. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and replenishing stock. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Build a personal client book and conduct outreach to drive appointments and sales. Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends. Qualifications:
Previous experience in luxury retail sales or a customer-facing role is highly desirable. A genuine passion for fashion and a strong sense of style. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, results-oriented approach with a proven track record in sales. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays. A professional and polished appearance. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion or business is a plus.
