The role will have the following key responsibilities: 1. Commitment to Customer Satisfaction Always putting the customers needs first Greeting customers immediately when they enter store.
Shows urgency in providing service tocustomers and satisfying their needs Exploring the underlying reasons for recurring customer problems and also going the extra mileto find the solutions Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints Striving to have long lasting and fruitful relationships with each of our customers 2.
Providing Consultative Selling Services to the Customers Responsible for converting the prospective customers into actual customers Engage the customer for fact finding, pursuing the Need VS Purchase, and deliver therecommended solution Identifies situations involving un satisfied customers and acts quickly for resolution 3.
Inventory Management Identifying if the merchandise is available at our store Approaching customers and keeping the store neatly stacked to avoid shrinkage Having the basic understanding of the POS system to ensure transactions are properly andeffectively processed Working very closely with various departments in the organization till the product reaches thecustomer4.
Security & Hygiene Ensuring the store and the inventory is neat and clean at all times Maintaining the necessary safety measures in ensuring the safety of the store and customers Employees at store level, engaging in the customer experience need to be properly groomedand presentable to the customer.
Uniforms need to be neat and clean and pressed
