Job Description:
As a Retail Sales Assistant at The UGG Shop, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience. You will assist customers in selecting products, provide detailed product information, and ensure the store is well-presented. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, enthusiastic, and eager to be a part of a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers, providing friendly and personalized service.
Assist customers in finding the right products, explaining features, and offering styling advice.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Handle cash register operations, including sales transactions and refunds.
Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring shelves are full and displays are attractive.
Assist with inventory management and stock counts as needed.
Build and maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
Actively participate in store promotions and marketing activities.
Uphold store standards by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
A team player who is motivated and eager to learn.
Basic computer skills for point-of-sale systems.
