Job Description
This is more than a typical retail position. We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, asking the right questions, understanding customer needs, and confidently demonstrating products.
Our customers rely on our expertise, so your ability to listen, educate, demonstrate, and recommend the right solution is essential. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to build customer confidence and convert enquiries into sales.
This is a target-based sales role with excellent opportunities for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in-store and over the phone.
Ask effective questions to understand customers' cleaning needs.
Demonstrate vacuum cleaners, carpet washers, and cleaning equipment.
Recommend products that best suit each customer's requirements.
Build customer confidence through product knowledge and demonstrations.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Process sales and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Keep the showroom clean, organised, and well presented.
Assist with merchandising and product displays.
Continue learning about new products and industry developments.
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
Is confident talking with customers and building rapport.
Learns quickly and enjoys understanding new products.
Can confidently demonstrate products and explain their benefits.
Is motivated by achieving sales targets and delivering results.
Has excellent communication and listening skills.
Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Is looking for a long-term career with opportunities for progression.
