Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at HR Service Jobs, specializing in FMCG products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and marketing initiatives in retail environments, working closely with key retailers and partners. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute retail sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share for FMCG products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
• Plan and implement in-store marketing activities, including product displays, promotions, and point-of-sale materials.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor products, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
• Track sales performance and analyze data to ensure sales targets and KPIs are met.
• Organize and oversee product launches and promotional events to increase product visibility and brand recognition.
• Provide product training and support to retail staff to ensure they are well-informed and equipped to sell the products effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns for increasing brand awareness and sales.
• Monitor and report on stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations and optimize inventory management.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail sales and marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, product placement, and merchandising.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and customer behavior to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, marketing, or business development within the FMCG sector.
• Experience in managing retail accounts and executing marketing strategies in a retail setting.
• Previous experience working with key retailers and distribution partners is highly desirable.
• Working Hours:
• Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Occasional weekends or extended hours may be required during peak promotional periods or product launches.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of FMCG product lines, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Skilled in building relationships and negotiating with key retail partners and distributors.
• Proficient in using digital tools for reporting, data analysis, and marketing campaign management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a constantly evolving market.
