Who We Are:
We're Tidal Vape - one of the UK's most exciting vape retailers, with 35 stores and growing! Think less "boring retail job" and more "being part of an awesome team helping people discover amazing products." We're known for our killer deals (like our famous Mix & Match offers) and stocking the coolest brands in the industry.
What's The Role All About?
We're looking for a passionate people-person to join our vape squad! If you love helping others and get excited about being part of a fast-growing company, we want to hear from you. No boring days here - you'll be our customers' guide to the wonderful world of vaping!
Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
Being the friendly face of Tidal Vape - making customers feel welcome and valued
Becoming a vaping guru - sharing your knowledge about our awesome range of products
Creating those "wow" moments - helping customers find their perfect vape match
Keeping our store looking Instagram-worthy
Being part of our energetic team culture
You'll Be Perfect If You Have:
A natural talent for connecting with people
Energy and enthusiasm that's contagious
A mind for learning about cool new products
The ability to juggle multiple tasks (not literally, though that would be impressive!)
A "can-do" attitude and team spirit
Experience That Would Be Nice (But Not Deal-Breakers):
Previous retail experience
Knowledge of vaping products (but hey, if you're eager to learn, we'll teach you!)
Cash handling skills
