We are currently seeking a motivated and customer focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly and supportive pharmacy team at Ramsay Altona North This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
About the Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while providing exceptional service to customers and patients.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries
Processing sales and handling transactions accurately
Replenishing stock and maintaining merchandising displays
Supporting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily operations
Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant work environment
Assisting with stock control and inventory management
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate II in community Pharmacy and S2/S3 qualification
Previous working experience in pharmacy or retail setting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster with availability to work Wednesday to Friday, with flexibility to cover Monday and Tuesday when required.
Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia
Must hold any required Australian registration, licences, or qualifications where applicable.
