As a Retail Partner, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and partners. This role requires excellent team leadership, recruiting, business development, sales management, lead generation, and management skills. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record in team leadership and recruiting
• Strong business development and sales management skills
• Ability to generate leads and drive sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
Roles And Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
• Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints
