BHPC is hiring a Merchandising Manager – EBO, based in Delhi, to lead inventory and assortment excellence across our exclusive store network.
About the Organisation
A premium lifestyle brand building a robust network of brand-owned retail stores across India.
The Role
You will drive assortment planning, stock flow, and in-season trading for EBO stores, ensuring strong availability while maintaining healthy inventory turns.
Full responsibility for EBO assortment, replenishment, and trading performance.
Scope & Responsibilities
Store Clustering
• Grade stores by sales potential
• Create cluster-wise assortment and depth strategies
• Tailor product mix by regional preferences
Buying & Allocation
• Plan seasonal buys with correct depth
• Allocate launch stock store-wise
• Ensure optimal first fill rates
Replenishment & Trading
Monitor daily/weekly sales
• Chase best sellers
• Plug size gaps
• Rebalance stock between stores
Inventory Efficiency
• Manage turns and cover
• Reduce ageing and slow stock
• Lead clearance cycles
Store Performance Management
• Review KPIs weekly with store managers
• Recommend visual and product adjustments
• Support new store openings and refreshes
Experience
· 6–10 years EBO merchandising
· Strong commercial instincts
· Fast decision maker
