Job Description
Our Retail Marketing team is on a mission to find a self-driven and creative Retail Marketing Executive to deliver the retail marketing plan. Reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager, this role develops and aligns retail marketing initiatives with broader business priorities across Retail, Planning, eCommerce and Global Marketing.
So, what goes into making that happen?
Implement the retail marketing plan across the ASICS retail network, including promotional and sale campaigns.
Plan, brief and execute retail marketing campaigns, including toolkits, POS and digital content.
Ensure campaign execution aligns with global marketing and brand guidelines.
Prepare campaign reports and share performance insights.
Manage and optimise retail marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
Manage and execute the outlet marketing calendar, working closely with planning and retail teams on promotional campaign execution and timing.
Participate in new store projects, managing marketing materials and signage for new outlet store openings.
Work with the Retail Marketing Manager to integrate OneASICS and Runkeeper activity into stores.
Support with local area marketing including community initiatives and activation with partners in running and sporting clubs
Work closely with centre management, external suppliers and agencies to deliver campaign assets and drive awareness of ASICS retail campaigns.
Work closely with store teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and promotions, including coaching and feedback to support best-practice execution.
Provide ad hoc assistance to the Trade Marketing team as required.

Relevant marketing or business degree, with experience in retail marketing or trade marketing.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to ensure campaign materials are executed correctly.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a self-driven environment.
Proven experience in providing creative direction and feedback.
Ability to develop strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
Energetic and flexible, with proven experience working well in a fast-paced and agile environment.
