vRole Overview:
As a Retail & Customer Experience Intern at Luxoro Formello's South Ex Store in Delhi, India, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by providing an engaging retail experience. Your role will involve assisting customers in product selection, delivering excellent customer service, and sharing product knowledge. Additionally, you will support retail operations, maintain store presentation standards, and learn how to provide an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Experience or willingness to learn Retail Sales and a solid understanding of Product Knowledge
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Effective Communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on retail excellence
- Flexibility and enthusiasm to adapt to a retail environment; prior retail experience is a plus
