Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure each guest feels welcomed by spending quality time, understanding their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Assist the Store Manager in meeting sales plans, overseeing customer service, inventory, expenses, and risk management.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert, selling a wide range of apparel including private labels and name brands.
• Support the development of a customer-focused sales team through coaching and training on selling skills and operational procedures.
