Job Description
We are looking to hire Retail Assistants to look after our liquor store, their products and services. You will assist customers in making buying decisions, handle enquires and complaints, and maintain excellent customer service standards at all times.
Your job responsibilities will include:
Provide exceptional customer service and create authentic experiences in store
Engage with customers and recommend products best suited to their needs
Demonstrate and show customers how to use relevant products
Support and motivate team members to collectively achieve store goals
Contribute to daily sales and KPI targets
Maintain upkeep of the store Cash reconciliation
