Tiki Tour is a vibrant and uniquely Kiwi retail experience at Auckland Airport, offering travellers a curated selection of New Zealand-inspired gifts, snacks, apparel, and souvenirs. From locally made treats to quirky Kiwiana keepsakes, it’s the perfect stop to grab a little piece of Aotearoa before take-off!
The Role:
We’re looking for a Part-Time Retail Assistants to join our team at Auckland Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!
6 month Fixed-Term Part Time Retail Assistant with flexible availability for morning shifts (18hrs per week)
What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
✅ Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
✅ Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
✅ Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner
What We’re Looking For:
Must have own reliable transport and valid and full driver's license
Passion for customer service & sales
️ Confident communicator with a positive attitude
Well-groomed & professionally presented
Retail experience? Great! But not essential—we’ll train you!
Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
