• Proven ability in Retail Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for team management and customer interactions.
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and implementing customer-centric strategies.
• Leadership capability, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data and developing actionable strategies to improve performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in the retail and accessories sector is an advantage.
