Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor located in Faridabad. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, and maintaining communication among staff and management in the food beverage industry.

Qualifications
• Supervisory Skills and Communication abilities
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of Food Beverage operations
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus

1. Sales Manager

What You’ll Do:

Drive sales for dine-in, events, and corporate bookings.Build partnerships with local businesses and distributors.

Create and implement strategic sales plans.

Track performance and report on KPIs.

Work closely with marketing and PR to align campaigns.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
