Taki - Japanese Restaurant is looking for a supervisor or assistant restaurant manager to join the team. This is a busy restaurant and needs someone who can work at a high pace. Friday - Tuesday roster with Wednesday, Thursday off each week
The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven experience in food and beverage
Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team
Exceptional management abilities and the confidence to report to senior leadership in a timely manner
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences
A hands-on approach fueled by a genuine passion for hospitality
In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance in food, beverage and licensed premises
A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous revenue growth and operational improvements
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering exciting variety and new challenges every day. The ideal candidate will bring a creative mindset and be actively involved in the promotional aspects of the business. We're looking for someone with an energetic, bubbly personality and a "can-do" attitude who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to contribute to the venue's ongoing success.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
