Job Title: Restaurant Steward

Reports To: Kitchen Manager / Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
The Restaurant Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas of the restaurant. This role supports the culinary team by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored. The Steward also assists with inventory management and helps provide a smooth operational flow within the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all kitchen and dining area surfaces are sanitized and free of debris.
Regularly check and maintain the condition of kitchen equipment, reporting any malfunctions to the Kitchen Manager.
Support chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation and any additional tasks as needed.
Ensure garbage bins are emptied regularly to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
Assist in inventory checks and help with stock rotation of cleaning supplies and kitchen materials.
Qualifications:
12th Pass/ Graduate
