• Profile Introduction:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Steward at (Hotel Name). As a Restaurant Steward, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and cleanliness of the restaurant area. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Responsibilities:
- Dishwashing and Cleaning: Responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Ensures all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Table Maintenance: Sets up and maintains dining areas, ensuring tables are properly set and clean for guests.
- Assistance to Servers: Supports the serving staff by refilling water glasses, clearing empty plates, and assisting with guest requests.
- Inventory Management: Monitors and restocks necessary supplies, such as dish soap, cleaning agents, and tableware.
- Compliance: Adheres to health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Team Collaboration: Works collaboratively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Requirements:
- Attention to Detail: Must have a meticulous approach to cleaning and maintaining a tidy dining area.
