We are seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage professional to lead our FB operations. As FB Captain, you will oversee the entire food and beverage process, from menu planning to service delivery, ensuring a world-class experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote a culture of excellence, focusing on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
• Recruit, train, and appraise FB staff, promoting a positive work environment and fostering teamwork.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements and Skills
• At least 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
