Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Captain to lead and supervise the floor operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth coordination between the team and management. As a Restaurant Captain, you will play a pivotal role in creating a memorable dining experience by maintaining high service standards and fostering a welcoming environment for guests.

- **Guest Experience**:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring they feel valued.
- Provide menu recommendations and handle guest inquiries professionally.

- **Operational Excellence**:

- Supervise and coordinate the team of servers and support staff.
- Ensure tables are set up, cleaned, and maintained to standard.
- Monitor service efficiency and step in to assist when required.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold service excellence.
- Allocate duties and manage shift schedules effectively.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate goals and updates.
- **Order Management**:

- Ensure accurate order taking and timely communication with the kitchen.
- Oversee food and beverage service to maintain consistency and quality.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or issues to management.
• *Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (preferred).
