Job description
Key Responsibilities
• Warmly welcome guests and take their food and beverage orders
• Provide menu suggestions and assist with questions about menu items
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and with accuracy
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in throughout their meal
• Handle payments and operate the cash register efficiently
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and smooth service
Qualifications
• Experience in Indian restaurants is highly preferred
• Fluent in Language
• Understanding of food safety standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management abilities
• Basic math skills for processing payments
• Familiarity with food handling and preparation practices
• A hospitality-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist others
• ProServe
