Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Restaurant Manager at The Borgo. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain high standards of service, and handle all aspects of food and beverage management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Manage and schedule staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Drive revenue growth through cost control, promotions, and customer engagement
• Collaborate with the executive chef and ownership on menu updates and events
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (POS systems, scheduling tools)
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
