We are seeking a welcoming, hands-on, and visionary Restaurant Manager to step in and drive this refresh. About the Role
As our Restaurant Manager, you won't just be managing daily shifts—you’ll have direct input into shaping the restaurant’s new identity, setting the vibe, and resetting operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Transformation: Drive the shift in venue atmosphere and floor energy to create a warm, vibrant, and approachable dining space.
Rebuild Team Culture: Lift team morale, inspire enthusiasm, and build a unified front-of-house team aligned with the new vision.
Design the Sequence of Service: Redefine floor flows, service touchpoints, and staff training programs tailored to the updated concept.
Lead from the Front: Stay hands-on during peak service, welcoming guests with genuine warmth and setting the pace on the floor.
Business Operations: Manage rosters, control wage and COGS targets, and handle daily administrative workflows.
About You
You’re an enthusiastic floor leader who loves modern Asian hospitality and knows how to energize both a room and a team.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, modern Asian or contemporary dining setting.
Change Champion: Proven experience or strong aptitude for building culture, training staff, and launching or refreshing service concepts.
Hands-on Leader: You lead by example during service and love being right in the middle of the dining room action.
Warm Host: A naturally welcoming personality who creates a lively, approachable vibe for regulars and new guests alike.
Qualifications: Current NSW RSA.

Competitive Salary: $85,000 – $92,000 + Super.
