Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food and beverage service, handling customer satisfaction, and managing staff hiring and training. Other tasks include leading and motivating staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Preparation of P&L and Food Costing
Understands Petpooja system
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
Excellent leadership and managerial skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is an advantage
