Restaurant Manager

???? Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar & Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar and restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales, purchases, inventory, and team performance while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
????️ Key Responsibilities:???? Sales & Purchase Management:Manage and monitor daily sales performance and revenue reports.
Maintain accurate purchase records and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
Control stock levels and manage inventory (food, liquor, bar supplies).
Negotiate with suppliers to get quality products at competitive rates.
Track wastage, pilferage, and manage cost control measures.
???? Team Handling & Operations:Supervise and manage front-of-house (service staff) and back-of-house (kitchen/bar) teams.
Ensure team productivity, discipline, grooming, and training.
Schedule shifts, assign duties, and manage team attendance.
Resolve internal team issues and maintain a positive work culture.
???? Customer Service & Experience:Ensure high-quality food and beverage service standards.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and hygiene standards of the premises.
???? Reporting & Coordination:Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly sales & expense reports to management.
Coordinate with chefs, bartenders, and marketing team for promotions and events.
Maintain all licenses (bar license, FSSAI, etc.) and ensure compliance.
✅ Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bar/restaurant management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory software, and MS Excel.
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Strong understanding of hospitality operations, guest handling & crisis management.
Experience in liquor handling, billing, and vendor negotiation preferred.
???? Working Hours: 12 PM to 11 PM (with shift flexibility as per business need)
